Andrew Gill
EXECUTIVE COACH & FACILITATOR
Andrew is an industrial/organizational psychologist with over 30 years of experience in leadership and executive development. He has extensive knowledge and experience in mid to executive-level leadership involving succession (including work with CEO and boards), assessment, coaching and development, team alignment and focus sessions, leadership talent strategy, and training design and facilitation. He has experience globally leading consulting delivery teams, strategy and initiatives. As a leader, he spent over 26 years with Development Dimensions International (DDI), a Pittsburgh based, global human resource consulting company, where he held various roles including GM of Consulting for DDI Australia and VP of Consulting and Delivery for DDI US.
As a coach, Andrew has a down-to-earth, practical approach that leverages assessment data and listening, focuses on the skills and abilities that drive success, the related behaviors that need to change, and the actions that must be taken to drive and sustain that change. To build insight and ownership he challenges his clients’ thinking and rationale to help them gain insight and understanding of how they impact others and their reputation.
