Chad Spriggs
LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT, EXECUTIVE COACH, & FACILITATOR
Chad is a leadership consultant, coach, and educator who helps leaders gain clarity, rebuild momentum, and cultivate healthy, purpose-driven lives and organizations. Chad partners with executives, teams, and faith-based organizations to navigate complexity by aligning professional goals with personal purpose, values, and long-term vision.
With a strong multidisciplinary academic foundation—including multiple Master’s degrees from Liberty University and Highlands University—Chad brings both depth and practicality to his work. He is known for helping leaders strengthen organizational health, sharpen strategic clarity, and move forward with intention. Central to his approach is the Reframing Principle, a framework he developed to help leaders shift perspective, overcome setbacks, and transform periods of stagnation into renewed focus and forward momentum.
In addition to his consulting and coaching work, Chad serves as an Associate Pastor at New Covenant Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His experience as a teacher and musician shapes a coaching style rooted in emotional intelligence, relational awareness, and thoughtful communication. Through his work in Whole-Life Development, Chad supports leaders in building sustainable success by creating balance across the core pillars of faith, family, fitness, and finance—recognizing that resilience and performance are deeply connected to personal alignment and emotional renewal.
Outside of his professional life, Chad is a dedicated runner and cyclist. He lives in New Mexico with his wife, Deanna, and enjoys traveling and creating meaningful experiences with their children and grandchildren.
