 Throughout her 25-year career she has served as a master trainer & advanced facilitator for DDI (global leadership consultancy), an independent certified Creative Problem-Solving facilitator, and an independent innovation consultant. She was also recruited for inaugural roles in both Chief and  VP positions aimed at re-imagining the divisions, and improving the entire corporate culture.

 Dawn has partnered as a consultant/facilitator for industries including aerospace, automotive, construction, defense, banking, government, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, mining, pharma and transportation. She specialized in national learning roll-outs and custom solutions.
