Lenetra King is an award-winning coach, facilitator and keynote speaker who works with organizations to deeply engage, develop, and retain exceptional leaders, especially those from underrepresented populations. She leverages more than 15 years of experience as a C Suite executive where she led significant culture/operational turnarounds and multi-million dollar revenue, expense and process improvement initiatives in hospitals around the country.
Lenetra’s coaching style includes building trust early in the coaching engagement so that clients have a safe space for exploring self-awareness. She is firm yet supportive in empowering leaders to understand their strengths while also identifying potential derailers in the workplace.
