As a senior leader, Tara spent over a decade as Head of Talent Development in the energy industry, leading high-potential development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives. Her broader leadership experience also includes senior training and development roles in financial services and software organizations, where she supported business growth through strong leadership and talent strategies. She is the Founder of Hesson Talent Solutions, LLC, where she partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to design and implement practical, people-centered development solutions.
